Acceptance and intended use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The website is intended for people and organizations evaluating or receiving Ivanyuk Consulting services.
No engagement from website use alone
Viewing the website, sending an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not create a consultant-client relationship or require either party to proceed. An engagement begins only when the parties accept a written estimate, scope, or agreement and satisfy any stated start conditions.
General information, not approval or certification
Public website content is general information and should not be used as site-specific professional, legal, regulatory, architectural, engineering, medical, or financial advice. Advisory inspection content is not an AHJ inspection, government approval, certification, or guarantee of compliance. Site-specific decisions should rely on the written project deliverable and any qualified or governmental review the situation requires.
Estimates, plans, and training materials
A project estimate is based on its stated scope, available information, assumptions, allowances, and exclusions; it is not automatically a contractor bid or guarantee of final cost. A consulting plan is not automatically a permit, architectural, or engineering drawing. Curriculum and safety-training development is a design service; live instruction is not part of the current service.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide information you are authorized to share and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate.
- Identify access restrictions, known hazards, confidential areas, and relevant site rules before fieldwork.
- Review estimates and deliverables promptly and raise questions about scope or factual accuracy.
- Keep account credentials, report links, payment links, and downloaded customer documents confidential.
- Obtain any permit, licensed design, employer approval, or AHJ review required outside the consulting scope.
Accounts and private links
You may not access another person’s account or private link without authorization, attempt to bypass security, probe the service, introduce malicious code, scrape private information, or interfere with operation. Notify Ivanyuk Consulting if credentials or a private link may have been exposed.
Website content and delivered materials
The website’s branding, copy, graphics, and software may not be copied, republished, or used to imply endorsement without permission. Ownership and permitted use of paid plans, reports, curriculum, presentations, templates, and other customer deliverables are defined by the written project agreement. Do not remove notices, misrepresent a document, or distribute confidential customer material without authorization.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment requests are tied to a written estimate or scope. Additional billing, cancellation, correction, and refund information appears in the payment and refund terms. Project-specific written terms control if they differ.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to payment, email, hosting, storage, mapping, or other third-party services. Their availability, security, and separate terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not imply endorsement of unrelated third-party content.
Availability and changes
Ivanyuk Consulting may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary. Reasonable care is used, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. These website terms may be updated, with the current version identified by the updated date above.
Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent through the website contact form. Do not include passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes, or full payment-card numbers.
