Scope of this notice
This notice applies to information submitted through the Ivanyuk Consulting public website, appointment requests, private portal, secure reports, payment requests, email, and related consulting workflows. A project agreement may include additional confidentiality requirements.
Information collected
Contact and request information. When you contact the practice or request an appointment, the website may collect your name, company, email, phone number, service requested, preferred date and time, site address, location, and project notes.
Account and security information. Invited portal users provide a sign-in email and password. The system stores a password hash rather than the readable password, together with account role, security status, sign-in protection records, and multifactor settings when activated.
Project information. Consulting work may include customer contacts, site details, field notes, photographs, findings, plans, estimates, reports, correspondence, approvals, and delivery history.
Payment information. The website records the payment request, amount, currency, status, provider reference, payer contact information returned by the provider, and relevant refund or dispute events. Card numbers and wallet credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Ivanyuk Consulting.
Technical information. The website and its service providers may process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request logs, and essential session or security cookies needed to operate and protect the service.

Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by carefully selected providers that support hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, payments, security, monitoring, and backups. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and operate under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful process, to protect a person or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Ivanyuk Consulting does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current website uses essential cookies and related storage for sign-in, session continuity, security, and core functionality. It does not currently use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and any required choices will be updated before they are used.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to a request, perform and document the engagement, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after information is removed from active systems.
Security and private links
Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal and project information. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Secure report and payment links should be treated as confidential; do not forward them to someone who should not have access.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with you, or ask how it has been used. Some information may need to be retained for an active engagement, payment, security, legal, or recordkeeping purpose. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.
You can avoid submitting optional information, but some details are required to evaluate a site visit, provide a service, protect an account, or process payment. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through the website while using features that depend on them.
Children
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Ivanyuk Consulting does not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.
Questions or privacy requests
Use the website contact form and write “Privacy request” in the project details. Include enough information to identify the relevant request or account, but do not send a password, authenticator code, recovery code, full payment-card number, or other unnecessary secret.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current public version.
