These terms apply to every estimate, deposit and payment made to Ivanyuk Consulting. They exist so both sides know exactly what was agreed before any money changes hands. A project-specific written agreement controls if it states different terms.
What you are paying for
Payments cover professional consulting services described in your written estimate, which may include safety inspections and reports, evacuation or facility plan design, project estimates, curriculum design, safety-training development, and related advisory work. Your estimate lists the specific scope, deliverables and exclusions. Nothing outside that written scope is included.
How billing works
Work is quoted in advance. You receive an estimate showing the full amount before anything is charged. Larger projects are commonly billed in two parts — a deposit to schedule and begin the work, and the balance on delivery. Each part is charged separately through its own secure payment link, and the total never exceeds the estimate you approved.
Prices are in US dollars. Available payment choices may include cards and supported digital wallets through Stripe or PayPal. The checkout page shows the choices available for that request. Payment credentials are entered with the provider and are never stored on this website.
Cancellations
You may cancel before scheduled fieldwork begins for a full refund of any deposit. If you cancel after work has begun, you are charged for work already performed and any costs already committed, and the remainder is refunded.
If Ivanyuk Consulting cancels, or cannot perform the agreed work, you receive a full refund of everything paid for the unperformed work.
Refunds
If a delivered report or plan does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it at no charge. If it cannot be brought into scope, that portion of the fee is refunded.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on a statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. You will receive written confirmation when a refund is issued.
What is not refundable
Completed inspections and delivered reports that match the agreed scope are not refundable simply because the findings are unwelcome. An inspection documents conditions as they were observed; an unfavourable result is still the service you purchased.
A note on the limits of this work
Reports are advisory consulting records based on visible conditions at the time of the visit. They are not approval, certification or sign-off by any authority having jurisdiction, and they do not transfer responsibility for compliance away from the site owner or employer.
