Our accessibility goal
The website is being developed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing goal, not a claim that every page, third-party service, or historical document has already been independently certified as conforming.
How the website is designed to help
- Semantic headings, labels, links, buttons, and form instructions.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and controls with visible focus treatment.
- Responsive layouts and touch targets for phones, tablets, and desktop devices.
- Text and controls designed for readable contrast and resizing.
- Alternative text or decorative treatment for meaningful and non-meaningful images.
- Reduced-motion support when the device requests it.
- Plain-language error, status, payment, and security messages where practical.
Documents and customer materials
Inspection reports, plans, presentations, and other customer files can vary in format and complexity. If a delivered document creates an access barrier, ask for help or an alternative format. The available alternative will depend on the source material and the purpose of the document.
Third-party services
Payment and other connected services may be provided through third-party websites. Ivanyuk Consulting does not control every part of those interfaces, but accessibility problems that block an essential customer task should still be reported so another path can be considered.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot use a page, form, private document, or portal feature, identify the page or task, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the format that would help. Do not include passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes, or full payment-card numbers.
Use the website contact form and write “Accessibility help” in the project details. Ivanyuk Consulting will review the request and work toward a reasonable way to provide the information or service.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as public pages, portal tools, documents, and integrations change. This statement will be updated when the accessibility approach or available assistance changes materially.
